ESTIMATES
Once you have called or e-mailed us, we will quote you an estimate based on an e-mailed drawing you provide or we can schedule a free in-home estimate. We will explain all costs in detail and help you find the best granite, marble or quartz for your counter tops & budget.
MATERIAL SELECTION
Please bring any samples you may have for your kitchen (ex: cabinet color, tile, paint colors, etc) to the granite slab warehouse (this is the best way to compare colors and contrasts to). Here, we will work together to select the best granite, marble or quartz for your counter top and budgetary needs. Try to bring a drawing with dimensions (unless you have sent this to us already), so we can give you estimates and answer all questions you may have.
TEMPLATING
We will template over your existing counter tops. Please make sure to remove all items on your counters prior to template. In most cases, your current tops can stay till installation day. When the template is complete, we will require our customer to sign off on the job order and put down a 50% deposit.
INSTALLATION
After the fabrication is complete, we will schedule a time & day for the install. The turn-around time from template to install is usually 5-10 days. The installation will be done in one day. Our professional staff strives to keep a safe, neat and clean work space. We will make every effort to minimize construction debree. We will treat your home just like it is our home through out the install process.
WARRANTY
Hands On Granite offers a 1 year warranty on our fabrication & installation. Things that are not covered are any damages caused by the customer. (Ex: hitting tops, chipping, staining, dropping something on counters, scratches, etc).
